Parcels will be delivered within 2 to 5 working days.

Two delivery options are available:

Home delivery in Belgium at a rate of €4.95 (for orders over €15)

Free pick-up on site only on Tuesdays and Fridays from 2 PM to 5 PM.

FRANCE, LUXEMBOURG, NETHERLANDS & GERMANY

Home delivery at a rate of €9.95.

EUROPE

Home delivery:

Italy, Spain, Portugal & United Kingdom: €19.95

Switzerland, Austria, Denmark, Finland, Hungary, Ireland, Norway, Poland, Sweden: €24.95

RETURNS

You have 14 calendar days to request a return. Once the request is received, you have 14 additional days to return the item.

To request a return, you can contact us at hello@pepitokids.com or complete the withdrawal form available at the following link:

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Return fees:

Belgium: €9.95 incl. VAT

France, Luxembourg, Netherlands & Germany: €14.95 incl. VAT

Other European countries: to be determined with the delivery service

Return at your own expense directly to the warehouse (by appointment only): FREE

Refunds will be issued upon receipt of the returned item.
